What is the Internship Report format ?

In previous post I discussed about the importance of the Internship project for MBA students and the effects on the future job or carrier for a MBA graduated .After this project you require to write a report based on the knowledge and experiences that you found on the company that you have done your project .
This report is a formal and structured report for internship project and finally you should give a presentation based on the content of your report .This presentation is like as an examination of your Internship to test your knowledge during the project .
The report has some element and we know formal research reports or project reports have a structure that in academic context you should follow this structure .
