WHY MBA STUDENTS and MANAGERS REQUIRE SYSTEM APPROACH

One of the best managerial skills is problem solving and other one is decision making. A good manager has a special view to the problems in business. In fact a manager requires looking at a problem in different perspective and analyzing a problem with multiple environmental factors that cause some effects. This type of thinking to the problem is called system thinking or holistic approach.

 What is holistic or system thinking?

System Thinking

In holistic or system thinking a problem (business, decision, etc.) will be analyzed as a set of factors or elements that are interrelated together and have effects. Business is not an island; we need different elements in business to survive. For example if you analyze your customer problem without any attention to your suppliers what will happen. In medium and large scale businesses it is more important to have holistic approach. 

MBA is general program and the contents for MBA courses have been designed to improve managerial skills. MBA courses have multi-skills managerial contents to improve students’ knowledge in different fields and specializations. An easy survey in some business schools and colleges shows that MBA curriculum does not have sufficient contents for system thinking skills.

For example some Indian colleges have more concentration on Finance and HRM specialization .This is an old course design. Maybe Indian MBA students are more interested in these fields or careers and job opportunities are more in Finance and HRM. 
In well known western business schools like Harvard Business School , Stanford Business School , they have more focuses on Leadership , Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.All of these fields are related to the system approach .

We need system approach

For example, in recent years with growth in IT and other technologies we need technology management, system management or we need changes and design of new business models. Lack of system thinking in modern age will cause some problem.Technology management will be a big challenge for managers in future and managers should think about this problem more and more.It is more critical for underdevelopment countries .
A small business has dependencies to the technology as like large scale businesses .Each business model consists of some elements and they have some impacts on business , an entrepreneur or businessman needs to find relationship of these factors and manage them. 

Today everything is a system and all organizations require managers with system thinking abilities to help them gain more competitive advantages.One of the best courses in MBA system or MBA IT is system analysis and design , it is helpful because provides some useful tools and approaches to analyze the business's requirements.It is helpful when it becomes an essential step for innovation in business.Lack of managerial skills in analysis wastes so many resources in organizations in procurement of new technologies like Information Systems .
Technology and more specific Information Technology should be adopted and managed in efficient way , but some organization are just users and some of them are just developers , who wants to  utilize?

NMART BUSINESS PLAN IN INDIA

You may heard about MLM or Multi Level Marketing that is a marketing strategy in which the sales force are compensated not only for sales they  generate, but also for the sales of other people down line of them that  they recruit , as a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation.
Sometimes , this model is called as direct selling and business plan is based on the hierarchical structure that seller provides for members in down levels .
 Amway Corp is  the famous company in US that started the business model and market strategy based on the MLM , but some criticisms were against this company . The main criticism are based on the productivity of this business model and pyramid schema in marketing .The evidences show that lower levels of the pyramid never earn more profit .
Main problems of such business plans are the products which they offer to the market , for example in some practices in other Asian countries Gold coins or other types of goods that don't have any real benefits for customers were selling . This is the problem that I call productivity in this term .

WHAT IS NMART ?
Nowadays in India people are talking about nmart business plan , they want to join and become a marketer but some others are against this business model. Opposition have the evidences that this is a pyramid model and the results are not good for economy .
Company profile shows that nmart has  government proofs and certifications for business model . Company tells that it is a MLM business plan but it is not a pyramid . I do not want concentrate on the pyramid model.
I checked company 's website and products page to review and compare with other companies that I saw in past as like Q-ue-st .

Productivity :
The main differences in the business model is  retailing with different useful products , in other hand nmart has different products and starts to open malls in India .It shows that they try to make service more tangible . More focuses are on the FMCG products and different brands have been selected .
Products are same as the other retailers products that are selling in market , but nmart uses the benefits of direct marketing to increase revenue behind the employment ideas .Of course other MLM marketers also said  that they want to increase self-employment but the results are not same.

Profitability :
Second problem is the profitability of model for economy . Retailing is one of the largest industry in India and has more than 10 percent of GDP and 8 percent of employment in country . The trends show incremental rate of retailing in India . The main idea of founders may be based on these facts , but question is that the method of profit shares and distribution over the marketer . Each sales organization requires a good compensation strategy but I do not see a clear path . If it can increase the retailing industry and employment it can be new  unique business model . In my opinion in contrast with other MLM models they should develop market place with variety of goods to become a profitable business model for Indian economy.

We can assume this is a new model of BPO in India but compensation and operation are different with BPO. Company provides a schema for compensation , but it is required more regulation .They want be a new Wal-Mart in India !.
I think it is required more clarity in nmart business plan to make it more tangible for people.

I think there is a big mistake , because it is better to make a honest relationship between partners ,good sex , good sensation ,...
The efforts should be on making better life , not to spying on each other , psychologically welfare depend on partners to find real situation together , if no one want another she/he can leave, it is not better . As you can see this is a favorite for people can not support partnership and close society that does not solve the sexual problems on their culture. Education failed in these countries .
Also there is a question why just for mans . Some womans have this problem also.
Another news is that it is prepared for womans also . But it is not right way .

This is the first time that I am not near my family in ceremony . Oh but new life is good and I have new friends like you and it make me happy .  
 

New life in India with MBA

After more than 8 years hardworking in networking , I decided to change my life and start new academic life.
I am a researcher in life , job and all activities . Now I am studying  MBA in India .

The Master of Business Administration (MBA or M.B.A.) is a master's degree in business administration, which attracts people from a wide range of academic disciplines. The MBA designation originated in the United States, emerging from the late 19th century as the country industrialized and companies sought out scientific approaches to management. In 1908, the Graduate School of Business Administration (GSBA) at Harvard University was established; it offered the world's first MBA program, with a faculty of 15 plus 33 regular students and 47 special students.

This is the definition for MBA and I found , MBA is a  practical course and full of case studies , that help the people who interested in management , economic , financial , HRM , ... that improve their skills . 
MBA course is one of the hardest courses that I have seen in master degrees. This is fantastic that you have some different topics in one course . 
After first year student should choose two fields , such as Marketing, HRM , System , Information System and IT , and some other attractiveness for Businessmans . 

Actually MBA has made for challenge lovers . If you are in love with challenge , high activity  there are huge topics for test and review.

For example I found that, I like economic and right now I study more in economy .

This is truth that MBA graduated has a good salary , but I prefer to think about some attractive topics that help me to correct perception in business and organization.

I will cover some topic in future related to MBA.
